Privacy notice
How the current browser-based TRADERUNISON preview handles information.

1. Status and service operator
This is a draft notice for a project in development. TRADERUNISON is the project name, not a confirmed legal entity. The operator’s legal identity, business address and privacy contact have not been supplied. They must be completed before this notice can serve as a final operator privacy notice.
2. Screenshots and analysis
The current static preview reads selected screenshots in your browser and runs its chart analysis in a browser worker. Application code does not send those screenshots to an analysis server or external AI service. Selecting a file does not publish it. Avoid including account numbers or other unnecessary personal information in screenshots.
3. Records you choose to save
Saved chart reports, original images and report notes are kept in IndexedDB in your browser. The journal, watchlist and trading plan use local browser storage. Records may contain instrument names, dates, trade outcomes, strategy labels and any personal information you type into notes. They are not synced to an account or other devices by this application.
4. Website delivery and technical data
Opening any hosted page sends network information such as an IP address, request time and browser details to the hosting infrastructure. The current public preview uses OpenAI Sites on a chatgpt.site address. The exact hosting entities, processor arrangements, log retention, hosting storage and any international-transfer safeguards still require verification. Local screenshot processing does not mean that visiting the website creates no technical data.
5. Purpose and legal basis
Local storage supports the saving and review features you choose to use. Technical requests allow the page to be delivered and protected. The operator must document the applicable legal basis for each processing activity, any legitimate-interest assessment and provider responsibilities before final publication. No legal basis is being asserted for future advertising, profiling, payments or cloud storage in this draft.
6. Retention and deletion
The application keeps up to ten local chart reports, thirty watchlist entries, five hundred journal entries and one working plan. These local records have no automatic time-based expiry; they remain until you remove them, clear this site’s browser data or the browser evicts them. Browser private mode may discard data at the end of a session. Hosting-log retention is not yet confirmed. Export records you want to keep before deleting browser data.
7. Exports, imports and external links
Imports are read locally. Exports create files on your device; anyone you share those files with can read their contents. External research links open another provider’s website, whose privacy practices apply there. The optional economic calendar loads TradingView content only after you select Load external calendar. That connects your browser to the provider, which receives connection information and may use its own storage. Unloading removes the embedded content but does not erase provider storage. Editorial images and the historical chart snapshot are served with the application; the page does not need to call their original source websites to display them.
8. Rights and requests
Depending on the processing and applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where consent is used. The operator cannot retrieve local-only records from your device remotely. The privacy contact is not yet available and must be added before launch. You may contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate at vdai.lrv.lt or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Security and automated decisions
Local storage is not a secure vault. People with access to your device or browser profile may access saved records. Do not store passwords, payment-card data or broker credentials in notes. Analysis outputs assist your review; this application does not place trades or make decisions about employment, credit or other legal entitlements.
10. Future changes
Accounts, cloud synchronization, payments, analytics or advertising would change the data flows. This notice must be updated before those features are enabled, and any required consent obtained. The current preview has no application-level ad pixels or analytics integration.
Operator and privacy contact: not yet provided. Do not send sensitive information through chart notes or exports as a substitute for contacting the operator.
